With this post I’d like to inform you that we have finished the documentation for the new backend framework introduced in Sitefinity 3.6. All 60 articles written on this subject will be transferred to the Developer Manual shortly and until then you can use the temporary TOC located here.

We’d like to thank you for your patience during these several weeks while we were writing up the docs.

We’d also like to hear your feedback on the documentation. Are there any areas that you think we should explain in greater detail? What would you like to see in the future in our documentation? We’ve heard some requests for the samples in VB.NET - how do you feel about that? Do you prefer samples, the high level explanations of the concepts or both?

All in all, we’d like you very much to help us improve our documentation efforts as much as possible. We’ll take every single suggestion under consideration.
