Sitefinity 4 takes integration to a whole new level bringing Google Analytics data directly into the dashboard, allowing you to compare key sets of data using dimensional reports. In addition, you are able to incorporate Sitefinity security and permissions to control or restrict access to reports.

Sitefinity 4 introduces a new Widget Template Editor which allows you to modify the layout and output of the various widget controls for the Sitefinity Content Modules (News, Blogs, etc.). The embedded editor makes it simple to update these layouts without leaving the Sitefinity Dashboard. This also gives you direct control over the HTML markup for the various content controls on your site.

The latest Sitefinity 4 RC also includes support for publishing content using Windows Live Writer. This free software enables active bloggers to quickly and easily publish their blog posts directly from the Live Writer interface.

New Publishing Features

In addition to being able to export your data as RSS/Atom feeds, the Sitefinity RC also allows you to import syndicated content directly into your Content modules such as Blogs, News, and Events.
