6/20/2008 Telerik Named Best Employer in Central and Eastern Europe

Bulgaria, Sofia, June 5, 2008 – Telerik is proud to announce that it has been recognized with the 3rd place in the “Best Employers in Central Eastern Europe” study (small and medium scale company category). The research was conveyed by Hewitt Associates, the world’s foremost provider of human resources outsourcing and consulting services.

The study involved 120,000 employees from 591 companies in 12 Central Eastern European countries who shared their opinions about their workplaces. The rankings for Best Employer are based on the employees’ objective evaluation of their companies. Among the criteria evaluated are: career growth, work environment, remuneration and benefits, business strategies, knowledge about employee opinions, effectiveness of internal communication, etc.

The study is one of the largest employee researches conducted in Central and Eastern Europe. 5/30/2008 Sitefinity CMS v3.2 SP2 Released

We are excited to announce that Sitefinity CMS v3.2 SP2 was released on Friday, May 30, and is now available for immediate download from your client.net account. A lot of known issues have been fixed and a number of enhancements implemented. Some of the highlights are:

•    New Base Designer for ContentView Based Controls has been implemented to provide the ability to control the appearance of controls inside of ContentView based controls, such as NewsList, BlogPosts, and EventsView.
•    Download functionality has been added to the File Manager
•    Blogs module has been significantly enhanced by adding social bookmarks; new Calendar public control   which links to blog posts; SEO friendly support and MetaBlog API were also implemented.
•    The Newsletter module also obtained certain improvements such as: public control for newsletter subscription and unsubscribe link were implemented. Now users can send external HTML files as newsletters and insert the sender’s name in the newsletter body.
•    Lots of improvements have been implemented in Search indexing, Images and Documents module, Generic Content module, etc.
