QUBA is a leading digital UK agency with a vast expertise in building websites and executing online marketing campaigns for a wide range of domestic and international customers. Quba's team of designers, user experience specialists, Sitefinity programmers and project managers understand how to develop websites that get results. Their in-house search marketing team ensures that all websites are built to search engine 'best practices', ensuring that you can do more business online.
As an agency, in the last three years Quba moved forward substantially in terms of the size of projects which they work on. They needed to re-launch their website so as to improve how they communicated the breadth of their service and how they are different from their competitors.
Quba also realized that a growing number of their clients were viewing their website on mobile and tablet devices and that their customers themselves were expecting Quba’s websites to work as effectively on iPads and iPhones as on their PC’s.
With the re-launch of the website Quba also wanted to drive more quality online leads to the business development team.
Quba decided at an early stage that to be successful in the re-launch they would have to build a website which showcased their skills. This meant building a Sitefinity site in the way Quba would do for any customer: concentrating on the sales and marketing requirements of their business and building an attractive results-driven site around these core objectives.
Knowing the flexibility of the software they sell, Quba’s natural choice was Sitefinity. It allowed them to gain time efficiencies and focus on the project objectives. New Business Manager Jon Eaton shared: “As we work so extensively in Sitefinity I was very happy when we agreed to create our new site in Sitefinity 5. I knew having a strong sales and marketing platform was a key part of our business development strategy and I was convinced that Sitefinity was perfect for our needs.”
Key to Quba’s thinking in the re-launch was how they could provide a more flexible framework for their marketing and business development teams to share their successes and the results they are producing for their clients. Core modules used to this point were the blog and case study modules within Sitefinity but Quba will also be releasing a people section based on the people module in the coming months.
Involving a team of four people, the project took two months to complete. The site launch was very easy and content editors were able to begin blogging and updating content straight away.
Quba had a really positive response to their website launch and plenty of quality new business leads on the back of it. Having known about the flexibility of Sitefinity for quite some time, they knew that putting the website together was going to be far quicker than working on a bespoke solution.
Quba’s New Business manager absolutely loves the freedom it gives him to optimize onsite content and to post blogs and news updates effectively. “As a team we are also thrilled to have a website which everybody comments on and that we feel confident showcases the full extent of our capabilities” concludes Jon Eaton.
