Just installed the rc, looks good. I have set up a site and some pages and all seemed ok until I set a page as the home page. Now that page will not show at all, and and when i try and view the live site it acts as though it's trying to load with the status bar flashing wildly!

Its not possible to unset home page property so I created a temp page made that the homepage which continues to work and then deleted it, but now when i try and navigate to the original page it gives me a 404 looking for the page that has been deleted? Is this making sense.

Anyone come accross this behaviour before? I can view properties, permissions and history for the faulty page but not view or edit the actual page.

    Kind regards

    John Pether

I had to delete the home page then I deleted the rows in sf_CmsVariables table (these were all referencing the correct details) and then went back into the project manager,  recreated the page then set it as home page again and it all works.

    Weird one....

    Hi John,

Indeed, this is weird behavior. You are the first one to report such behavior. Could you please tell us how to reproduce it or send us a project in which we can observe this behavior?

I am also having this problem.

After running into this problem the first time, I killed the first build and started fresh.  Everything was goes fine until I "Set the selected as home page" then I start experiencing the status bar flashing wildly.

Has this issue be addressed?  I updated to the lastest release candidate and started fresh designing my site and I am still having this problem.

    Please advise.

I am using the demo of sitefinity 3.0 to ensure that it will meet our requirements before we purchase the product.  Do you have the pricing ready for 3.0 yet?

    Hello James,

I hope our Sales Dept have already contacted you. We have a limit on the number of support tickets you can open. Nevertheless, you can always use our Forums to ask questions and the Feature Request form to attach your  project.

    Hello James,

Can you please remove the RadControls folder from the zip and try to attach it again?
This will shorten the zip file by 10MB.

    Hope this helps.

    Rebecca
