    Hello,

Which is the version that you are upgrading from?

Can you please try to re-upgrade to the latest internal build of version 7.2 as there is some fixes related to ecommerce upgrade.

In case this do not helps, I would recommend you to open a support ticket for detailed investigation of the issue.

    Hi,

we downloaded the most recent version of internal build (7.2.5321), and applied upgrade to our  previous SF build (7.2.5310), unfortunately, we still got the same error when trying to editing existing eCommerce product. will try apply this update to our original SF7.0 build.

    Regards

    LL

    hi,

we downloaded the most recent internal build (7.2.5321.0), and then applied update to our original SF7.0 build. the problem of product editing is now resolved. thank you.

(btw, we first tried apply 7.2.5321.0 update to our last 7.2.5310.0 build, but the problem remained there)
