I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. I have just made a test and was able to download a license key from your Telerik account. Can you please login to your Sitefinity.com
account and then please navigated to Products and Subscriptions -> Sitefinity -> Manage Domains and Licenses -> Manage
(selected sites one by one) and expanded Show available keys
, then clicked Download
of some version and let me know if you will be able to download the key.
