Do you have custom search provider on your website? From the stack trace I can clearly see that the system is trying to access the search module. Can you please try the following:
and from there delete the index directories.
- Then open
your database and remove all records related to your index from
- 1. sf_Search_ClientSettings
- 2. sf_Search_IndexignClient
- 3. sf_Search_IndexignService
You can try and go to Administration panel. If you have access to it, you can try and recreate your index.
