Hi,

I'm getting the following error when I try to navigate to the 'Responses' section of my contact form. I'm unable to view the responses. I can normally open and edit the Form.

Multiple controls with the same ID 'C009' were found. FindControl requires that controls have unique IDs.

What to do?

Regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Judging by the provided exception, it looks like somehow you ended up with two controls on your form having the same auto-generated ID. Can you please open each fo the controls in the form, and check in its advanced properties for the value of the ID property - there should be some controls that have the same value C003 - you can change it to any unique alphanumeric value, and this should fix the problems. If any issues persist, please do not hesitate to let us know, we'll be glad to help you further.

Hi Boyan,
I'm facing same error in one of my page template. I am stuck with a page template. It is inaccessible but luckily the associated pages are working fine.
I have attached the error screen shot. Please find the attachment.

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

Hi Preetam,

Unfortunately the stack trace indicates that the problem is a different one. Would it be possible for you to post the complete stack trace here so we can inspect it further?

In the meantime have you tried creating another template based on this one and checking if it would work?

Kind regards,
