I am also experiencing this issue on our Sitefinity 4.4 site (IE9). Our settings are correct as far as I can tell (enablePasswordReset = true), but we do not want email to be sent on password reset
, so the mail settings are unset. On the User details page, the prompt to confirm password change works, but then the password itself is not displayed as expected. Screencast showing settings and behavior here: http://screencast.com/t/Km9M0l8o8
(After changing these settings from the default "false" to "true," our server appPool was reset and the site was restarted.)
Am I missing another setting somewhere? Is there a way to repair this issue?
