    Hi all!

Has anyone encountered issues with downloading large (>2MB) PDFs on IE 11?  I have a site that performs just fine with Chrome & Firefox, will download smaller PDFs fine in IE, but ones over ~2MB cause a server error.  The issue is detailed here:

    http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/153/Feedback/Details/157829-internet-explorer-11-update-versions-11-0-18-kb3038314-error-failed-to-ex

As yet Sitefinity have not given me a fix, and this is a show-stopper for me.

    thanks,

    Mat.

    Hello,

We tested the problem on your site with Internet Explorer version 11.0.9600.17728 (the one that you use in your video demonstration) but we are unable to reproduce the problem. We tested on Windows 7 and 8. One more proof that the problem is not coming from Sitefinity: If you review the stack trace of the problem you will see that there is nothing connected to our source code. According to us the problem is related to the Acrobat Reader version you are using locally and it is not Sitefinity related. Please try to upgrade your Acrobat Reader, restore IE default settings and inform us if the problem still persist. There are several cases described by Adobe Reader in a KB which you can use. As a workaround you can download the .pdf files instead of opening them in the browser. More information can be found here. We will close the feedback item.

    Thank you for the understanding.
