I dragged a generic content to a page, and then I tried to edit the generic content.  I went into source view and added an iframe.   When I try to publish the page, I get an error, when I try to delete the generic content from the page I get an error.  In fact the only way I can fix the problem is to delete the page and re create it.  But It seems that it is not working well with i frames.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Erick,

This is a known issue, which we will hopefully fix soon.

The workaround for the problem is to create a User Control to encapsulate the <iframe> instead of using Generic Content.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you encounter some other problems.

did this ever get resolved? I just ran into the need for an IFrame. I will use the workaround but if there's an integrated solution that'd be great too :)

    Hello Josh,

It's fixed. I inserted iframe into a generic content successfully. I tested with 3.2 SP1.

    All the best,
