    Hi Mostafa,

You have mapped WikiItemsList.ascx external template and form there you have  removed  a control of type RadGrid with ID="WikiList"  which is a required control. If the template has not been mapped check whether you have not build to project against .NET Framework 4.0

    Hello Mostafa,

    1. Have you mapped the template?
    2. Have you build the project in version different of .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.5?

    Hello Mostafa,

Open a support request or bug report and send the project and its database to us. Make sure that the project has not been precompiled to web application. You should not have a problem if you have not modified something. Does this happen only on this project? If you install a new one can you see the same issue?

I have noticed that it is a template problem, the same template is working with VS2008

I'm running my project using VS 2010 with the same framework 3.5 as a target.

Any ideas why this is happening !!?

    Hi Mostafa,

Ok, I set up a demo project on VS2010 ( I am using 2010 Ultimate and 2008 together for development) and I am not able to reproduce this issues. There must be some sensitive setting in VS or something is not correct with the project you have. I attached a sample video where I am creating a wiki and sever content items. I am also building the project and there are not any errors during/after the build( you will see some warnings - about 30 that should not be a problem).

This is perfect what you sent, Would you check if you have as a reference in the project settings Telerik.Web.UI.dll ?

Since the instance with VS 2008 runs without the reference but VS 2010 i'm getting an error if i didn't add this as a reference.

    Check the attached.

    Hello Mostafa,

Here is what I have in the references. Could you try to use the latest available version of Sitefinity 3.7 which is 3.7 SP3, build 2096. The problem could be in the build that you use Sitefinity 3.7 SP1, release date 14.09.2009.

    Hi Mostafa,

ARPPRODUCTICON.exe is product icon used by the ARPPRODUCTICON property. This property contains a information about  the Icon table which contains the product. This icon is displayed in Add/Remove programs
I am not sure why you get this error. The problem is not in Sitefintiy itself, because we use Windows 7 and Vista on all machines here. Actually I have not encounter this issue before. Please check whether you ahve enough storage on your C drive. In some forums I found that the problem was due to low disk space.

You could also try to proceed with blank project installation where you need to extract the files to a given folder, add the website in VS and run the default page. This will start built-in Wizard and you will be able to install your project without issues.

    All the best,

    Hi Mostafa,

If you are going to use Blank project the answer here is not. If you are going to work with the executable you should better uninstall any references left  from problematic installation ( you can just check Control Panel >> Programs >> Add Remove ; and ProgramFiles/telerik folder).

I did what you said, the following steps:

    1) uninstall any previous installation of Telerik Controls on your system.
    2) Make sure that Telerik Folder under program files also has been deleted.

    3) Install the required template and install it manually Sitefinity 3.7 SP3. and open it with VS 2010 and it works perfect.

    4) If required, I downloaded AJAX controls 2010.2.713 version -Latest and it installed correctly.

Thanks a lot Ivan. I appreciate your support and fast response.
