So far I have only seen this happen with PDF's that I have made into Fillable Forms with Acrobat or Adobe LifeCycle Designer.

When I try to open one of these PDF's from a download List I occasionally get this error

When I have succesfully downloaded or opened one of the PDF's when I try to save, save as, or save as copy I get these errors.

Here is a link to an example of the type of PDF's I am refering too

    https://www.newamericannetwork.com/Content/PDF/OLA-flyer_ListingoftheWeek-FINAL-Enabled.pdf

I have tried using both Custom Library and Document Library options for these files and I still get the errors. These files work fine on my other website and on my computer before being uploaded to sitefinity.
     Please Help.  Thanks.

    Hello Samson,

Which version of Sitefinity you use? There is a bug with the documents uploads/downloads that we introduced in Sitefinity 3.7 SP3 and we fixed in Sitefinity 3.7 SP4.

    Hello Samson,

I am not able to replicate the issue on Sitefinity 3.7.2136.  I attached a sample video.

    1. Could you try to replicate the issue on our demo website demo.sitefinity.com
    2. Which build you use .NET 2.0, 3.5, 4.0
    3. Try using a different browser.

    Sincerely yours,
    Ivan Dimitrov

I appreciate the effort, and if I get around to it I will try what you suggested. However, since it's only these particular PDF's i used a work around. I have the files hosted on another one of my sites, along with its own HTML interface previously created. I decided to just use that code and pull from that site, since its better to have these files all in one place as they change often.

    Thanks Again
