I am using the generic content control in Sitefinity 3.7.2136.2 and am experiencing query strings being duplicated on links.  To duplicate the problem, open up a generic content control and paste the following into the editor in HTML mode:

    <a href="/mywebsite/testpage.aspx?q1=y" sfref="~/mywebsite/testpage?q1=y">My test page</a>

    Click "I'm Done" to save.

Edit the generic content control again.  Switch to HTML mode.  Notice that my query param has been duplicated:

    <a href="/SecurePortals/mywebsite/testpage?q1=y?q1=y" sfref="~/mywebsite/testpage?q1=y?q1=y">My test page</a>

I seen a previous post that had a fix to the LinksEditorDialog.asxc file in Sitefinity.  However, I am not using the Link editor and applying the fix to it doesn't resolve the problem when in HTML mode.

A resolution to this problem would be of great help.  My only work-around is to create my own user control.

    Hi Steve,

The issue with the duplicate query string has been fixed in an internal build. You may open a support request and I will send you the custom build.
