    Sitefinity 3.7 SP3

    When you are editing generic content, click on insert image icon,

    > Upload works and saves to the Correct directory.

    > BUT if you select from already uploaded images...

    Then cilck on the Files tab, the files tab is pointing to the WRONG directory.  It points to the root sitefinity directory and not the ~/images directory.  I cannot access the /images directory.  This is a virtual directory.

    The EditorConfigFile.xml file has
    <property name="ImagesPaths">
        <item>~/Images</item>
    </property>
    <property name="UploadImagesPaths">
        <item>~/Images</item
    </property>

    Generic Content designer.ascx has
    <ImageManager ViewPaths="~/Images" UploadPaths="~/Images" DeletePaths="~/Images" />
    <MediaManager ViewPaths="~/Files" UploadPaths="~/Files" DeletePaths="~/Files" />
    <FlashManager ViewPaths="~/Files" UploadPaths="~/Files" DeletePaths="~/Files" />
    <DocumentManager ViewPaths="~/Files" UploadPaths="~/Files" DeletePaths="~/Files" />

    Hello Greg,

    The above settings are for RadEditor control that is wrapped in GenericContent control and they could not affect the Files tab. There is no out of the box setting/property that you could use to set the upload folder in the control used in Files tab. To achieve your goal you need to create a custom selector that shows only desired directories and replace the default one. Basically you could start from scratch or override UrlWebEditor behavior. Sample code has been provided in this post - selecting-a-folder-from-the-filemanager

    Hi Ivan,
    I've been trying all kinds of ways I could find in the forum to make jQuery  work, but no luck!!
    I also wanted to access EditorConfigFile.xml file to enable Javascript, but can not find it's location in Sitefinity SP3!
    How can I access this file please?
    Regards
    Bo
