    I'm relatively new to Sitefinity (using 3.7), not sure if this is a simple issue or not.  I am working in our dev environment, editing a web project that had already been created and pushed down to dev for me to work on/modify.  I am trying to simply remove and add images from/to a 'Generic Content' control, and am getting 'Server Error' messages.  The error message is slightly different depending on if I am deleting an existing image, or trying to add a new one.

    When I delete an image, and click 'I'm Done', a Server Error message appears...telling me: 'Item not found: [Sitefinity]e99d...yada, yada is not a valid virtual path.' (I can provide more if needed).

    Also, if I try to add an image into the Generic Content control, when I simply click on the 'Insert an Image' button, I get a Server Error message, specifically a 'Parser Error', telling me that an error occurred during the parsing of a resource required...etc, etc.  In addition, I can see in the source error text that it mentions that I 'have no permissions to insert images.'  I have been told by IT that I do have full edit permissions, and I have had no problems editing text or performing other edits (adding controls, etc)...so is there some other permissions setting(s) that I need to have my IT guys change for me?

    I am assuming that since both of these errors occur when I am dealing with adding or removing images, that they are probably resulting from the same underlying issue(?).  Do either of these occurances sound like they point to anything specificly wrong with our setup?  Or is this info too general to be able to diagnose the issue?
