    Hi khawar,

    Sitefinity control EventsScheduleView is based on RadScheduler control. You can extend the EventsScheduleView control or create a new custom control that inherits from RadScheduler  and bind it using ObjectDataSource. You can find the following demo useful. Just to let you know RadScheduler does not support year view at this stage.

    Best wishes,

    hi Ivan,
    ok fine, that will probably help me, now here is another issue that
    "How do you set the module to come in the month view by default rather than the day view?"
    where i also Edit the Events Schdule view and go to properties. In the "Misc" Section, click on the "Edit" button next to the Scheduler field. Scroll down to the Layout section. Under "SelectedView", switch to "MonthView".
    but this is not working n still showing Daily View,
    n last thing is, their in no such file EventsScheduleView.ascx that must be located in \[MyProject]Sitefinity\ControlTemplates\Events.
    in short buddy, i just need to see event monthly instead of daily,

    Hi khawar,

    Most probably you are not using the latest official release. We had some problems with this property in the past. There are two options

    1. Upgrade your project to the last official release and benefit from all fixes.
    2. Map the EventsScheduleView control template ( it is located under external templates archive - Sitefinity\ControlTemplates\Events) and change the value declaretively.

    <telerik:RadScheduler ID="eventsSchedule" runat="server" SelectedView="MonthView">
        <AppointmentTemplate>
            <asp:HyperLink id="eventDetailsLink" runat="server" />
       </AppointmentTemplate>
    </telerik:RadScheduler>

    Hello khawar,

    You can use css to hide the other default views. For instance you can put the following lines in your theme stylesheet or just create a custom skin for RadScheduler control

    .RadScheduler .rsTopWrap .rsHeader .rsHeaderDay
    {
        display:none;
    }

    .RadScheduler .rsTopWrap .rsHeader .rsHeaderWeek
    {
        display:none;
    }

    .RadScheduler .rsTopWrap .rsHeader .rsHeaderTimeline
    {
        display:none;
    }
