    When attempting to upload an image to an Image library in the Sitefinity 3.6 SP2 admin, clicking on the "Select" button to browse for a file does nothing. I'm using Firefox 3.5 on Windows Vista SP 2. The button works when using IE 7 but not the latest version of Firefox.

    Thanks!

    Hello Jason Chang,

    Thank you for reporting the problem.

    We found it once FF3.5 was released. Here is a workaround that you can use:

    1. Open the following file:
    <yourproject>\Sitefinity\Admin\Themes\Default\AjaxControlsSkins\Sitefinity\Upload.css
    2. Add the following CSS rule:
    .RadUpload .ruFileInput { widthauto !important }

    This issue will be officially fixed in SP3.

    All the best,
    Georgi

    We're having the exact same issue with the FileUpload button on Sitefinity 3.7 and Firefox 6.0 & 7.0. The recommended CSS style is already in place. Any other suggestions for how we might get the FileUpload button to work?

    Hello Wendy,

    Can you please provide a link where we can see the issue? You can also check if there is another CSS style that overrides the one we have provided.

    Kind regards,
    Georgi

    Thanks for your response! Our internal team narrowed down the issue to a style-related issue, which they've resolved. Thanks again!
