    Hi G Overeem,

It seems that you have set up SSL certificate  that is not  properly issued,  it is  a self-signed certificate or expired. The error does not seem to be caused by Sitefinity. When the Newsletters module is initializing, it's sending an anonymous web request to the mailing web service. The SSL certificate is checked and then the error is thrown. Check whether you make an internal network routing and the host is changed. Check your SSL certificate.

    Sincerely yours,

    Ivan,

This problem is solved by getting a real certificate. With the right WHOIS information.

    Thanks.
