    Hi,

    Big thanks to the Telerik team for the new release.

    I installed Sitefinity 3.1 according to the installation guide. When I try to access my website, it redirected me to the wrong login page: http://localhost/test/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2ftest%2fhome.aspx, instead of http://localhost/sitefinity/test/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2ftest%2fhome.aspx. How to fix that one?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Tom,

    In order to fix this problem, you should set a correct login page URL in the web.config:
    <authentication mode="Forms">
      <forms name=".ASPNET" loginUrl="~/Sitefinity/login.aspx" protection="All" timeout="30" path="/"/>
    </authentication>

    The URL is login.aspx by default to allow users to create their own Login pages for the public part of the WebSite. For example, if you are not authenticated and are accessing a page from the Sitefinity administration, you will be redirected to ~/Sitefinity/login.aspx, but if you are accessing a secured public page, you will be redirected to an URL specified in the loginUrl attribute of the forms element in the web.config.

    Probably, we should set ~/Sitefinity/login.aspx as login URL for the public users by default.

    Regards,
    Vlad
