    I am trying to add a contact form to the contact page of my sitefinity site.

    Every time I insert the code into the page, the page automatically becomes "locked by administrator" even though I am the administrator, and I did not push a button to lock the page. The page will not update once this happens either.

    Here is the code.

    <form method="POST" action="contact.asp">
    Fields marked (*) are required

    <p>Name:* <br>
    <input type="text" name="Name">
    <p>EmailAddress:* <br>
    <input type="text" name="EmailAddress">
    <p>Company(notrequired):<br>
    <input type="text" name="Company(notrequired)">
    <p>Message:* <br>
    <textarea name="Message"></textarea>
    <p><input type="submit" name="submit" value="Submit">
    </form>

    Thanks in Advance,
    Jason

    Hi Jason Elliott,

    If you use a user control add an additional form tag as shown below

    <form name="test" method="post">
    </form>

    <form method="POST" action="contact.asp">
    Fields marked (*) are required

    <p>Name:* <br>
    <input type="text" name="Name">
    <p>EmailAddress:* <br>
    <input type="text" name="EmailAddress">
    <p>Company(notrequired):<br>
    <input type="text" name="Company(notrequired)">
    <p>Message:* <br>
    <textarea name="Message"></textarea>
    <p><input type="submit" name="submit" value="Submit">
    </form>

    You could add the form inside your master page , outside of the default runat server form.

    Kind regards,
    Ivan Dimitrov
