    In Sitefinity 3.7, when I click the "Module" button, I get a stack trace error When I click the "Module" button, I get a stack trace error
    Stack Trace: /r/nError: The server method 'GetContentItems' failed./r/nStatus Code: 500/r/nException Type: /r/nTimed Out: false. 

    This happens in IIS 6, 7, and on Visual Studio localhost.  The result of a Fiddler trace are below

    Hi Justin,

    You may get error from the web service if
    • Something at your end blocks the web service that use use to manage all content items : /sitefinity/admin/services/contentservice.asmx
    • You have some url rewrite rules that affects the service.
    • there is some special char/space in the url or virtual path
    • proxy /firewall.
    There is no bug in our code related to the error you have pasted. You can test on demo.sitefinity.com
