We are working to provide a fix of the problem you posted. Meanwhile, you can use the workaround proposed in this thread. Let us know if doesn’t work for all of you and we need to investigate it further.
To address your concern on the documentation - Brett, you are right in suggesting that these are growing pains. What we have done in the past few months was to add more support people to our team. Also, we started a strategic project focused on improving the documentation and troubleshooting resources.
We hope to be able to show some visible results in the coming months.
