    SITEFINITY 3.1sP2,  got an error on ~\Sitefinity/Admin/CmsAdmin/Users.aspx.

    How to fix that?

    I figured it out, and in-case anyone has this issue.

    There was a record in the telerik_UsersInRoles table that had a UserId that didn't exist in the telerik_Users table. I just deleted from the telerik_UsersInRoles table based on that UserId.
