Hi - I've just set up a vanilla install of SF and created a site with one of the templates.  I have added a couple pages and wanted to add them to one of the menus and re-order some of the items in an existing menu.  When I click on the page in the treeview (intending to use the up/down links at the bottom of the column as described in page 94 of the manual) it does a postback and the 'All Pages' node is highlighted again.  When I try to drag and drop the pages (ordering or to put in a sub-menu) the tree expands as expected and I can see a line indicating where I'm inserting, but when I drop it posts back and the page doesn't move.

The pages I'm trying to work with are all published and I'm logged in as administrator so I don't think there is a permissions problem.  Should this do a postback when I try to highlight a page??

Any ideas what is going on here?

    Hi Michael,

Yes, there should be a postback when you click on the page. After finishing the request, you should be able to see the selected page on your right side (preview).
We are not sure what may cause such a problem. Could you please see if you get some JavaScript errors? You may also check the Sitefinity.log file, which is located in the project App_Data directory.
Any additional information will be appreciated.

    Kind regards,
    Georgi

I continue to have the problem with my original install.  I have since tried unzipping and setting up the smaller download (not using the installer) and things work fine in that virtual site.  I'll just chalk it up to bad luck since it seems nobody else has reported this problem.  Thanks!
