    Hi,

I am getting the following error when I try to access the Rss feed:

XML Parsing Error: XML or text declaration not at start of entity
    Location: http://www.reading.org/blogs.rss.ashx
    Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
    ^

How do I fix this error?

    Thanks,
    Annie

    Hello Annie,

We have tried several scenarios, but we are not able to reproduce the error.
Are you able to see items in Images and Documents module? I suspect that there might be an issue with the ashx handler, but I am not sure.

    Kind regards,
    Georgi

    Hello Annie,

Could you please send us your database and web.config file so that we could investigate them locally. You have an open support thread ("Erroe with RSS feeds") and we recommend you to use it when you send us the files.

    Best wishes,
    Sonya
