If you could send the database as requested in the bug report we could see what is going wrong. I am not sure from which version you are upgrading.
You have not replied to the bug report. Please check out your account. You have only two tickets there - one bug report and this forum post. If the database is not larger that 20 MB you can attach it to the bug report request. Otherwise you have to provide us with FTP or external link from where we could download it. I need to old database which you are upgrading and some more details about the current version you use. I will perform upgrade and see whether the post will be visible or not.
We tried your fix and it was unsuccessful.
