    Hi !

The eternal problem of designing a site that looks uniform on all browsers is haunting me. My site looks just fine on Firefox & Chrome. But there are all sorts of problems with IE.

It is easiest if you see the problem. My site is http://indianphilosophicalcongress.in
Please see 'Accouncements>>' or 'Call for papers>>' panel links under either '85th ipc' or 'aapac 2010' tabs.

Is there some easy way to fix this issue? The problem is that in the Design Mode of Sitefinity, this problem does not show up!

    Hello Indian Philosophical Congress,

Could you please specify exactly what is not looking OK in IE. I am looking at the website in IE and FF and they look the same.

    Hi !

Thanks, but this problem was resolved. It seems that if you are using Firefox in the design mode of Sitefinity and do a copy-paste of text from Microsoft Word onto the Generic Control, Firefox adds some "odd text" which IE displays as-is. If this text is manually removed, IE works ok.

    Hi Indian Philosophical Congress,

Thank you for getting back to me.

You might want to take a look at this article to solve some of the problems when pasting from Word: Cleaning Pasted Content in RadEditor.
