When trying to enter SMTP settings in the Newletters admin we are getting the following error, listed below.  A previous error also indictated that the smtp server could not be found, however, the same smtp settings are working in our web.config, and currently supporting various production web email forms.

There seems to be a problem with Sitefinity's ability to create the SMTP settings in the database.  We have tried to manually insert a record into the sf_Notif_SMTPSetting table, but the password appears that it needs to be encrypted.  Is there a way to get around this issue to generate these SMTP settings in the database?

This is a Sitefinity 3.6 production website.  Any insight and assistance is greatly appreciated.
