I'm currently just seeing 50 blank lines where my blog posts should be in the editing environment. There is a checkbox, but no text. If I go into news or events which I believe should have no items, they also show the 50 empty lines.

My blog is showing up normally on the public side, however.

I tried recycling the app pool, but that made no difference.

Any thoughts as to what happened?

I believe it was working yesterday when I created a blog post which I didn't want to appear yet, so set it to publish a few days in the future. I was also messing with an HttpRedirect in the Web.Config to support sitemap.xml to sitemap.ashx.
I wouldn't expect either of those to cause a problem, but it always seems helpful to look at what's changed since something was working properly.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello Scott Rozman,

Thank you for using our services.

We are using a web service to populate the item grids in the Sitefinity backend. Please try using some web debugging tools such as FireBug for FireFox to see if the call to the webservice in the backend is returning any errors. It might be the case that your http redirect is messing up the call to the webservice.

Thanks for your help. It turned out to be another tweak I was playing with for lower case urls. I just hadn't noticed the problem when it first showed up. For what it's worth, the HttpRedirect seems to be working.

I've posted some info on the URL rewriting that worked and the one that did not.
