I have a role in sitefinity called 'content author', on 'All Pages' this user has the permission to create edit and publish pages, but they don't have the permissions to approve changes.
When a user of this type creates a new page, they seem to be granted full permissions on that page, in that they are able to approve and publish their own pages completely.
Is this intended behaviour? ( I can see a case for it )
Is there a way to stop this behaviour ? I would rather that a content author got granted the 'all pages' permission set on pages they created, not 'full permissions'. I can definately see scenarios where I would want to have a user creating pages, but a different user approving those pages before they could be published.
On a related note, is there a way allow editing of a subset of the 'page properties', I would quite like to have an 'seo user' who can only edit the title, description and keywords of a page, but not edit the page itself or change critical properties such as the page name or page caching.
