    hi everybody

I have Vista Bussiness and OracleXE 11g installed
Create user "userD" in OracleXE and give him all DBA rights

    Installation of Sitefinity was ok,
    UAC is turned off,
login user have full controll on Sitefinity3.1 folder.

Run IE as admin and put http://localhost/telerik/Sitefinity3.1/ there and give name and pswd of logged user.
now I'm creating new project "SiteD" - Use No Template -> ok

Go to IIS and give to SiteD Classic .NET AppPool
Go to administer of project, set Oracle DB

Database - give name of mycomp (because I have OracleXE)
name and password of DBA user "userD" (previously created)

All seems works fine, but sometimes then trying to start SiteD or TUISite or JobIntraSite ISS process stopping working

    System error is:

A process serving application pool 'Classic .NET AppPool' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was '9640'. The data field contains the error number.

    Hi Vladislav Kuznetsov,

Thank you for your interest in our CMS getting in touch with us.
As we have not come across this problem so far, it would be best if you could check the following:

    1) Have you enabled 32-bit applications in the Classic.NET AppPool? For configuration details, please refer to User Manual > Installation and Deployment > Installing Sitefinity under Windows Vista > Configuring the Classic.NET AppPool.

    2) Are you able to request simple static files/ASPX pages? Please make sure that handler mappings are set as described in User Manual > Installation and Deployment > Installing Sitefinity under Windows Vista > No Css?

Do let us know if the problem persists.

    Best wishes,
    Rebecca

    Hi Vladislav,

We don't think this issue is in any way related to Sitefinity and it is very hard for us to determine its cause as it only occurs sporadically. Could you send us your sitefinity.log file located in your project App_data folder?

Another thing you can try is setting customErrors mode to Off.
The following article may prove useful as well:
    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;913384&sd=rss&sp

Please tell us if you can reproduce this by deploying your site to another server.

    Looking forward to your reply,
    Rebecca
