    Hi Admin,

    I have got source code from client to set up application at Localhost.
    I have performed all config changes. Now application is running fine.
    But I am getting Javascript alert as "Return Code-12152"  when I click on "Content => Content Block" in Sitefintiy Admin section.
    THis section is running fine on LIVE server.
    Can you please help me to resolve this?

    Hi,

    You should enable service tracer log and see what blocks the request at your end.

    I have seen log.
    But the file is too big and there are so many things...
    I am not getting what exactly causing the error?
    Can you please help me how to trace it out?

    I have seen service log.
    One thing I found in Message box - "Failed to map the path '/legal/privacy-statement'.".
    Please let me know whats the cause.
    I have debugged this issue on FF then getting below alert message: "Could not deserialize service response, because it was empty or not a valid JSON".

    Hi,

    Is there stack trace in the log? Can you check your configuration and server settings again, since the same website works fine on the live server.
