On our development server we have website templates under the folder App_Data>>Sitefinity>>Website Templates folder.  And this resolves correctly when using the following url format:

    http://{address}/Sitefinity/WebsiteTemplates/.../global/Forms.css

But after deployment on the production server the same url is looking for files under the root path/Sitefinity folder. What would cause this problem and how can I get the url to resolve correctly.

    Hi Victor,

Is your development project a web application under "localhost", while the live site is a direct root folder site project? Also, it is recommended to use the standard ~/App_Themes folder to store the templates and skins, because the longer version as you can see might causes problems.

    Best wishes,
