    Good Morning,

I am trying to setup a sitefinity site on a Winodws 2003 Server/IIS 6 install.  The site runs fine if I access it throught the default localhost install that it created.

However I tried to create a second website with an actual domain name, and the result is the above error followed by 2 "sys" undefined errors.

    Working:
    http://localhost/red rocks data center/

    Not Working:
    http://dev.redrocksdatacenter.com/home.aspx

Anyone have any thoughts on what would cause this?  I couldn't find any actual deployment instructions.

    Hi Andrew,

Check whether you have some code in your masterpage or in a user control that could cause this error.

    Good Morning Ivan,

The site is very basic, there is no code besides what was created by sitefinity.

    Hi Andrew,

The problem is related to your home.aspx. As I see it you have create a template, but it is not working well under IE. Attached are two screenshots from your website - represent your home page under IE and the FF.

    Best wishes,

    Ivan,

Again this seems to be something to do with how I am deploying it.  As you can see from the attached screen shots, I am getting something completely different than what you are receiving.  Even when getting the error, all the images and css load fine.

    IE Sample

    FF Sample

    Hi Andrew,

It seems that some files are not moved. Merge the projects between the servers. FTP the project again or check the actual size of each project and then compare the files. Make sure that the template and theme for your home page are set.

    Sincerely yours,
    Ivan Dimitrov

    Ivan,

The files are the same folder,  all I have done is created a 2nd site in IIS and pointed it to the c:\program files\telerik\sitefitinty.... folder, the same as the working site.

Also when I hit the dev.redrocksdatacenter.com domain from home on my personal PC, I get the images and such with no problem, just get that error message above and the menu doesn't work, but the news shows up.

    Hi Andrew,

For some reason, the Microsoft Ajax and Asp.Net javascripts could not be loaded, so the web forms will not work properly. Can you please take a look at the following thread:
I hope the suggestions there will resolve the problem you have as well.
    Kind regards,
    Georgi
