    Hello Ken Fleming,

It is hard to tell where the error is from this message. It is very general and we would require your Sitefinity.log file in order to see what is going on. It is located in the App_Data directory. Could you please send it to us?

We will reply you as soon as possible.

    Best wishes,
    Georgi

    Hi shraddha,

There should be another error before this one, which is the actual problem. Check the error log and send it to us as suggested in the previous post.

    Hello gopalraman gopal,

Your issue is somewhat different - it seems you have some custom code in the App_Code, related to the RSS feeds - Message: Could not find a type for a name.  The type name was 'Telerik.News.Rss.RssChannelProvider, App_Code.jf7jbezq, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'.

Could you please check these classes? The exception is happening there.

    Hi gopalraman gopal,

You should implement IIndexingSupportModule, IRssProviderModule in your custom module. Take a look at this post
