We have Sitefinity managed app configured to run on 3 load balanced computers. In some cases newly added to a library image not available on all servers. That results in broken links on pages. Depending on where request routed page may have an image, or not. We followed all instructions in User manual for NLB configurations. Could somebody please explain how and where libraries store data and how to configure Sitefinity to have changes reliably synchronized?

    Hello Dmitry,

Sitefinity stores the items uploaded to the Images and Documents module in the project's database.
We will need some time to setup the same environment as yours in order to test this case. We will get back to you in the beginning of next week.

    Hi Dmitry,

We tested Sitefinity in NLB but we didn't spot the described problem. Could you elaborate on the following questions:
       1. What is the http response code that is returned when you click a broken link?
       2. Is there any delay after the image is available?

The Images & Documents module stores the items in the project's database.

Please let us know if you have any additional information so we could continue investigating the problem.

    Kind regards,
    Georgi
