the previous suggestion of using the container to add in my aspx pages… it
But now I have
a new problem arising from this type of design, let me explain the situation..
I have a PartyTypeWorkWith (sitefinity .aspx) page in which I
have embedded the Deklarit control PartyTypeWorkWith.ascx page; which is a data
bound grid displaying the data.
I have another sitefinity .aspx page called Party1Type, in
which I have embedded the ‘container.ascx’ page that you have sent.. the source
for this container is PartyType.aspx (my deklarit page)
The PartyTypeWorkWith data grid allows insertion, deletion and
update operations on the data.
When you click on one of these operations the Party1Type
(sitefinity) page is called and the corresponding parameters are passed.. which
in turn gets passes to the embedded page PartyType (deklarit page).. and the
corresponding operation is performed..
Once the operation is performed the control should transfer back
to the PartyTypeWorkWith page,
but what happens here is that when you are in Party1Type
page and you click on any button to commit / cancel the operation.. the sitefinity
Party1Type page gets called in the container itself, thus forming a nested
pages which is not desired..
Can you help me with this ?
p.s. – by the way how do I attach any file, if I have to
send u one ??
