    Ok, well I'm loading in an external CSS file, and it appears to kind of work, but only on some things.

    Eg these don't work

    h1 {
        color: #003E82;
        font-size:14px;
        text-transform:uppercase;
        font-weight: bold;
        font-stretch:condensed;
        margin: 20px 0px 2px 0px;
    }
    p {
        margin: 8px 0px;
        line-height: 85px;
    }

    These do work, when I wrap a <div class="contentCell"></div>

    .contentCell h1 {
        color: #003E82;
        font-size:14px;
        text-transform:uppercase;
        font-weight: bold;
        font-stretch:condensed;
        margin: 20px 0px 2px 0px;
    }
    .contentCell p {
        margin: 8px 0px;
        line-height: 15px;
    }

    any idea why some styles get applied and not others?

    Hello Byzza,

    The styles are applied in order as they are read by the browser. You can check whether some of the rules are not overridden. You could try using !important. Further investigation with Firebug or another web tool will help you to narrow down the issue.

    Hi Ivan,

    Thanks for your help.  I think the problem was actually my browser.  It looked liked it didn't want to refresh the CSS files.  It looks like I might have it working now (Fingers crossed)

    Regards
    Byron
