    Hi,

I'm trying to create a designed site menu, but WebResource keeps adding its "RadMenu" css styles, even if I remove the text from "Skin" and make EnableTheming=false. I also don't want a div around it; just a bare-bones ul which in itself is a block element with the correct classes attached, but no styles defined for them.

    How do I accomplish this?

    Cheers

    Hi Henrik,

You can disable the embedded base style sheet. This can be done with EnableEmbeddedBaseStyleSheet="false". However if you do this you will have to define all style rules for the menu in order to achieve the built in behavior. Another option is to download a trial version of the RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax. This will give you access to a copy of the menu base stylesheet. You can then disable it. Edit the built in one as you wish and add it to your theme.

    Hello Radoslav,

Thank you for your quick reply.

It works, but the div isn't removed. Is there a way to remove it?

    Cheers,
    Henrik

    Hi Henrik,

Thank you for getting back to me.

Unfortunately the top div element cannot be removed. If you take a look you will see that all other elements are rendered as ul an li
