    Hi,

    I am new to Sitefinity and have been reading the other threads relating to issues with styling on the news section.I have my own CSS file and have placed the style elements in as per other posts. eg:

    .sf_newsList h2.sf_newsTitle

    {
     margin: 20px 0;
      padding: 0;
      font-size: 1.1em;
      font-weight:bold;
      line-height: 1.2em;
      text-decoration:underline;
    }

    However, modifying sf_newsTitle has no effect whatsoever. Clearly I have missed some step but I am unsure what it is.

    thanks

    justin

    Hi Justin,

    If you add this code in your theme stylesheet, use !important. Otherwise you may refer your custom stylesheet using CssFileLink control directly in the external templates - ListPageMaster.ascx and ListPageDetail.ascx

    Ivan,

    Many thanks for your prompt and good reply. I'll travel down the CSSFileLink path as that looks to be the better option.

    regards
