    Hi team,

    I have create a database.Then I take backup to the database before delete that database.
    Then I restore the database.The database is restored.But your database is not restored.Please tell me why.

    I use the Operating System is Windows Xp,Microsoft Visual Studio 2005,Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (Windows Authentication).

    I attached the restore error file.Please see that.

    Please tell me How to restore the database.

    Hello Rosy,

    The backup is created with SQL Server 2008 and you will not be able to restore in under SQL server 2005, but the problem you have is completely different and it does not have to do anything with the SQL versions. In the other forum you have opened I sent you a reply that you have to change the  "Restore As" location. As you can see the path comes from my local station. Do you have path C:ProgramFile(x86) ...... where the backup is located? You could create a new database by setting disabled to true - this will reinitialize the project

    <cms defaultProvider="Sitefinity" pageExtension="" disabled="true" pageEditorUIMode="Overlay">

    Then run the script that is attached to the newly created database.
