In my sitemap i am having Industries->ElectricUtilities->...  and many more child and siblings like this which all show in navigation as their show in navigation property is set to true.
But there is a folder called flashstories which contain some pages which are not shown in the navigation but what my requirement is that as it lies inside insdustries and services main menu so in my sitepanelbar i should see the navigation.
In my template i am using
    Starting NodeOffset=1
    StartFromCurrentNode=False
    ShowStartingNode=true
These are my current settings in the sitepanelbar

Have i to create a new template and do some changes in these settings or is there some other way to achieve this.

    Thanks for help

    Hello eraashishgupta,

If you want to show the pages from your /flashstories then you could add them as external pages. Let us know if your approach is different.

No i dont want to include pages from flashstories to the navigation they exist there inside the folder Industry.
What i want is that when a flash story page is opened from some other link in the sitepanelbar on the flashstory.aspx page i should see only its topmost parent and other children and sibling nodes.
Currently it shows me only topmost parent.
For making it more clear see my main menu contains.
    1.Home
    2.AboutUs
    3.Industry & Services
    4.ContactUs

Under Industry & Services we have
    1.ElectricUtilities
    2.SolidWaste Management
    3.Water Management

And all the above are the pages which are shown in navigation.
But there is a folder also inside Industry & services named flashstories which have many different pages which are not part of navigation
These pages are linked from other pages inside the website.
What i want is whenever these pages are opened although they are not in navigation but being inside the directory structure they should show whole industry  & service menu in the site panelbar.

Also to mention here is that in the sitepanelbar i am not using whole navigation to be shown.
This means if  i am on any page inside industry & Service then i show only the navigation related to Industry & services in the sitepanelbar not from home

I think you are getting what i am saying....
If not then let me know please
    thanks....

    Please check this URL
    http://1dc.net/RWBeckWeb/insights/podcasts/1208_Gabriel.aspx
on this page in leftSidebar's Sitepanelbar i want all things under insights such as articles, featured insights, podcasts, and casestudy.
This page is not shown in the navigation but  i want the same thing as it is on other pages inside the insight section.
    Example:
    http://1dc.net/RWBeckWeb/insights/FeaturedInsights.aspx

    Thanks

    Hi,

It depends on how you have bound the PanelBar to the datasource. Probably you have set StartingNodeOffset to 1 and it gets the pages that starts from the 1st node under the root item and probably, ShowStartingNode  should be set to true. As I see that, the page you want to add is a child of podcasts.aspx.

    Best wishes,
