I'm working on customizing the ContentViewSingleItemView for events and am getting the following errors when I build the page:

The resource object with key 'When' was not found.
The resource object with key 'Where' was not found.
The resource object with key 'What' was not found.
The resource object with key 'Who' was not found.

I have checked the App_LocalResources folder and I have the correct .resx files there. What is the next step to get this working?

    Hi Drew Reutlinger,

Try using the mode template - ListPageDetail.ascx

    [Sitefinity_3_7_standard_ExternalTemplates]\Sitefinity\Admin\ControlTemplates\Events\Modes

Thanks for the quick reply, this worked.

However, I'm wondering why this template is used, when it seems to be a different method from the other templates I've customized?

    Hi Drew Reutlinger,

The other template is added for backward compatibility. Since we introduced presentation modes and control designers we changed some of the templates slightly. You may find this post useful - Working with presentation modes and ContentView based controls
