    Hi,

When editing Generic Content in page view, I would like the Paragrah Style normal attribute to wrap text in <p></p>. At the moment it only wraps it in <div></div>. Also, if I apply any other paragraph style it also wraps it in <div>, eg. selecting Header 2 wraps text in <h2><div>text</div></h2>. I can get rid of the <div> tags manually in html view, but this isn't really a solution for other users with little or no html knowledge. Any way to stop it putting in the <div> tags altogether?

    Regards,
    Shannaka

    Hello Shannaka Beveridge,

In which browser does this happen? In our projects the IE7-8 and FireFox 3.x do not add "div" tags. If you are using Google Chrome, please take a look in this article - http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-ajax/editor/improperly-formed-lt-br-gt-tags.aspx#905459

Thanks! I'm using Chrome and that's exactly what problem was. Works as expected in IE8.

    Hello Shannaka Beveridge,

Thank you for the follow up. We have contacted the RadControls teams, and they assured us that the issue will be fixed in the Q3 2009 Editor. We will update Sitefinity to use these controls once they are out.

    Best wishes,
    Georgi
