    Hello There,

I am successful while displaying categories in blog post lists by using the below code in widget templates <sitefinity:HierarchicalTaxonField ID="HierarchicalFieldControl" runat="server"TaxonomyId="E5CD6D69-1543-427b-AD62-688A99F5E7D4" DisplayMode="Read"WebServiceUrl="~/Sitefinity/Services/Taxonomies/HierarchicalTaxon.svc"Expanded="false" TaxonomyMetafieldName="Category" ExpandText="ClickToAddCategories"BindOnServer="true" />.

But i want to give this categories to link to this corresponding categories blog posts.

How can I achieve this . Thanks in advance.

    Hi Nagesh,

I wrote a blogpost a while ago on how to make clickable tags for each blogpost. Maybe that is of any help.

    Checkout the blogpost here: http://knstr.it/XgraUX

    Kind regards,
    Daniel

    Hello Daniel,

Thank you so much for your reply.

With out creating custom control can't we do it in sitefinity dashboard level using widget templates?

    Hi Nagesh,

I'm not sure if that is possible. I found another blogpost that somewhat achieves the same, but in another way. That control you can download, so maybe it gives you a better start.
