    Hi,

Ever since upgrading to 7.0, when attempting to debug Sitefinity project on my local machine, I receive the message "Server Too Busy" on a plain white page.  Does anyone know what this is occurring and what can be done to fix it?

    Hi Amanda,

The error you have received seems to be a general ASP.NET error. I found the following articles related to the problem which might be useful to you:

A lot of these posts refer to a server, but I'm getting this error when I try to run it locally on my machine via Visual Studio. It runs okay on my live production server. Sitefinity ran fine on my machine before 7.0. Any suggestions?

    Hi Amanda,

It is really a strange issue which has not been reported by other clients. A possible cause for the issue can be if you are using Cassini web server which is the default built-in web server of Visual Studio since running the project in Cassini is always slower than running the project in IIS. This is because the built-in web server have a limitation on the amount of hardware resource it uses.

What I can recommend is to replace the Cassini web server with IIS express which is also started from Visual Studio. Please refer to the screenshot.

Can you please try this out and let me know if the issue still persists.

Switching to IIS Express corrected this. Thanks!
