I apologize for the frustration we caused and I promise you that we are going to change this approach in the future. Of course, this can’t happen overnight, but we are in the middle of implementing new management methods and release procedures that should help us overcome these problems.
As the popularity of Sitefinity grows, it imposes new challenges for us. The pressure for new features is enormous but it is a delicate balance between quantity, quality, documentation and support response time. It seems that the balance currently is inclined toward quantity but I believe we can level the balance with the help of our community.
