    I have set my news list to show the summary on the list items and it is still showing the full news story.  I have also told it to just display the first 100 words and that does not work.

    I think I fixed it - in ListPageMaster.ascx I changed the following:

    <p>

    <asp:Literal ID="content" runat="server" Text=""></asp:Literal>

    </p>

    to

    <p>

    <asp:Literal ID="summery" runat="server" Text=""></asp:Literal>

    </p>

    First.. I apologize to James for jumping on his thread here but i am having the same problem.

    Now to Sitefinity,
    Any news on when the proposed fixes for the known SP2 issues like this one are going to be released.

    The urgency of these fixes is simple. We are using Sitefinity on a rather large and important project for our Executive Director, that we have to be ready for a July 1st deadline. Due to the abundance of quriks, bugs, "known issues that will be fixed soon" this deadline is in extreme jeapordy at this point. Myself and colleagues have submitted NUMEROUS support tickets and received vague unhelpful responses.

    I can PROMISE you that my company will not be spending another single cent on any telerik products.

    Hello Mike,

    The hotfix should be out in a few hours.

    I apologize for the frustration we caused and I promise you that we are going to change this approach in the future. Of course, this can’t happen overnight, but we are in the middle of implementing new management methods and release procedures that should help us overcome these problems.

    As the popularity of Sitefinity grows, it imposes new challenges for us. The pressure for new features is enormous but it is a delicate balance between quantity, quality, documentation and support response time. It seems that the balance currently is inclined toward quantity but I believe we can level the balance with the help of our community.

    All the best,
    Bob
