    Hi,

I have created a multi language site(en-gb,en-us) in sitefinity. i have got the url's as http://site.com/en-us/defualt.aspx, http://site.com/en-gb/default.aspx . I want to set up friendly culture code so that i can get URL's like http://site.com/uk/default.aspx, http://site.com/us/default.aspx .

To do this, as per this post "http://www.sitefinity.com/devnet/forums/sitefinity-3-x/developing-with-sitefinity/localization-friendly-culture-code.aspx" i tried Advanced Url Rewriter.

And with this url rewriting, I got a url like http://site.com/uk/default.aspx which loads http://site.com/en-gb/default.aspx and its fine.

Now i need to redirect if any requests like http://site.com/en-gb/default.aspx should be redirected to http://site.com/uk/default.aspx. As for any internal page hyperlinks added in the generic content will always load the page as http://site.com/en-gb/default.aspx. could you please guide me to change this?

    Thanks
    Faluludeen

    Hi Mohudoom Faluludeen,

Thank you for contacting Telerik Support.

The easiest approach to achieving this would be to use a customization of the Sitefinity InternalPage class to capture the page's output html. Once you get the html you can replace the en-gb text in all links with uk. Similar implementation can be found in this forum thread.
